The cost of our service is as follows:

Residential (this applies if the scope of work is fixing your home computer issues):

  • $60/hour with 1 hour minimum charge, 15 minute increments after the first hour for residential clients.

  • $100 flat fee for common computer issues, this includes:
    • OS format and re-installation
    • spyware and malware removal
    • software data recovery
    • data and email migration
    • software, driver and firmware upgrades
    • slow running computers

Business (this applies if the scope of work is for your business):

  • $125 for the first hour; $80/hour after the first hour; 1 hour minimum charge, 30 minute increments.

We charge a $25 flat fee for travel (on-site visit) within New Westminster and surrounding cities for first time home or business clients.​​​​​​​
